El objetivo de este estudio fue comprobar cómo la pandemia ha afectado a la terapia ocupacional, en los centros de rehabilitación. <b>Métodos: </b>estudio transversal prospectivo, de carácter descriptivo. El instrumento de medición fue un cuestionario en línea, destinado a terapeutas ocupacionales que trabajan en España. Se recogieron respuestas entre mayo y julio, a través de contactos y redes sociales. <b>Resultados: </b>28 terapeutas ocupacionales completaron el cuestionario. El 35,7% de ellos y ellas vieron reducida su jornada laboral por la pandemia. El 96,4% de los y las profesionales han continuado trabajando con las personas pacientes por tele-rehabilitación a través de diferentes medios de comunicación. Han modificado los objetivos, métodos y recursos para la nueva intervención, y un 78,6% de las personas encuestadas estima que la calidad del tratamiento ha sido peor, debido a las limitaciones y dificultades encontradas. <b>Conclusiones: </b>el tratamiento de terapia ocupacional se ha podido realizar de manera telemática en la mayor parte de los casos, adaptando la intervención. Sin embargo, las personas profesionales han tenido dificultades que han reducido la calidad del tratamiento. <br/><br/> <b>Objective: </b>Occupational therapists have seen their professional life deeply changed by the COVID-19 pandemic with several of its services having to adapt to the circumstances or close for a limited time. The aim of this study was to see how the pandemic has affected occupational therapy services in rehabilitation centers. <b>Methods: </b>A prospective and descriptive transversal study was carried out. The measurement instrument was an online questionnaire intended for Spanish occupational therapists. Responses were collected between May and July, through personal contacts and social networks. <b>Results: </b>28 occupational therapists filled in the questionnaire. 35,7% of them had reduced their working time due to the pandemic. Despite this, 96,4% of professionals have continued working with patients using remote rehabilitation through different channels of communication. They have adjusted objectives, techniques and resources for the new procedure, and 78,6% of the professionals reckon that the quality of treatment has been worse, due to the many limitations and difficulties they have encountered. <b>Conclusions: </b>In most cases, Occupational Therapy treatments were able to be carried out through telematics means and, in some cases, interventions had to be modified.
